• Your team: your project is handled by a named team member whose details we confirm to you in writing when your project begins. If a new person contacts you about your project unannounced, you are welcome to verify them with us first.

3. How We Request Payment

• Payment is requested only through an official invoice issued by Quill Forge Publishing, carrying your project and invoice number.
• We never ask for transfers to a personal bank account, personal PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire services such as Western Union or MoneyGram, or any account held in an individual's name.
• We will never notify you of a change to our banking details by email alone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and call us on a number you already have — not a number provided in the suspicious message.
• Requesting a quote or consultation is always free. We will never ask for a payment simply to discuss your project or review your submission.
